The Air Control Technology (ACT) increases the ability to move moisture vapour from the body to the external environment three times faster than any other windproof fleece. Outside fleece layer on the Polartec WIndbloc-ACT is bonded to a windproof, water resistant, breathable barrier. Bonded to that on the inside is a smooth, easy to wear and sew, black mesh.
