Textile Outfitters is a Specialty Retail & Mail order fabric store.
We are unlike most other fabric stores in our products and our customers. Our customers are located around the World and contact us through many different methods including Phone, fax, e-mail and online. Our Customer focus is Men and Women (not just Women!)

Our product line includes Technical and Active Sportswear fabrics, which are difficult to find in a retail market. As we specialize in Sportswear fabrics, we prefer our staff to have first hand experience in sports or outdoor activities and their needs. As we are a fabric store, some sewing experience is also of benefit. Finally, as we are a small store, all staff must be able to physically assist any customer requiring help (ie – lifting rolls or bolts of fabric around the store and occasionally climbing ladders!).

Our Customer Till is computer based, so Confidence with Basic Computer skills is a definite benefit or a willingness to learn is crucial.

We are looking for New Staff who are who are willing to learn about our Specialty fabrics, notions and hardware and who are interested in assisting our Customers with making appropriate choices in their purchases!

Shift times include:
Non-peak times (Jan and so on) 9:30-6 or 10:30-7 day shifts
Thursday evening shift 5-9
Weekend shifts 9:30-6 Saturday and 11-5 Sunday
Peak times (May and so on) 9:30-6 or 12:30-9 full shifts and 5-9 evening shifts. Same shifts on the weekend.
