Velcro® knowledge - The difference between Hook and Loop?
The hook side is commonly referred to as “prickly”, “rough”, “scratchy” and “pokey”. It will stick to anything and everything that is soft. The loop side is the “fuzzy”, “loopy”, soft and non-sticky side. On garments there is commonly more of this that the hook side.
