We welcome your mail, phone and e-mail orders and do our best to have orders on their way within 3 days. Mention it’s a rush and we’ll try harder! Sale orders are filled in the order received - order early for fastest delivery. At sale time orders may take up to 3 weeks! If there is a part of your order we can’t fill, we will let you know and send it on to you as soon as we can. Tell us if you do not want items back ordered!

PAYMENT METHODS
ALL LISTED PRICES ARE IN CANADIAN DOLLARS! (currency converter)
For immediate shipment, payment by VISA, MASTERCARD, Certified cheques or money order is required. Purchase orders accepted only from Government Organizations. Personal cheques accompanied by a valid driver’s licence number and current VISA or MASTERCARD number with expiry date are accepted. Your order will be held until your cheque has been cleared by the bank if it is without this information. Orders waiting on cheques will not be filled until cheque has been received and cleared.(During SALE times, items are first come first served, and some SALE items may become sold out. Guarantee your order by sending your cheque in a timely fashion!) We cannot ship C.O.D. under any circumstances.

PRICE POLICY
Prices are subject to change without notice. We try to keep our prices constant, but situations change over a year. During a sale, we are unable to provide rainchecks - order early to avoid disappointment.

SWATCH INFORMATION
Sampling is offered through the following methods:

Our "Fabric Card" will cost $1.00 including postage. For the $1 you will receive up to 5 samples & a $5.00 credit per order, that can be applied to any order for a year.

Our "Complete swatch sets" will cost $3.00 including postage. For the $3 you will receive a complete set of available colors of a single fabric, or a complete set of prints of a single fabric & a $5 credit per order, that can be applied to any order for a year

RETURNS
Returns are only accepted from mail orders with prior authorization. They must be accompanied by the original receipt, credit card slip and a note explaining return. All returns must be sent by MAIL within three days of your receiving the goods. Packages sent by any other means will be refused and the resulting charges will be your responsibility. Orders returned without paperwork will be held until we are contacted. Orders picked from swatches or samples are not returnable. Patterns are NOT returnable due to Copyright laws.

DISCOUNTS
If any single piece of fabric in your order is greater than 10metres, we will reduce the regular price by 10%. If greater than 40metres, we will discount 20% off the regular price.
More than 100 pieces or 1 roll of an individual notion will receive a 10% discount. Additional sale or promotional discounts do not apply. There is no discount on patterns.

SCHOOL, COMMERCIAL, TEAM AND CLUB ORDERS
School orders receive a 10% discount. Discounts are available on large team, school or club orders. Orders will be priced individually. These orders should be faxed to (403) 543-7677 or placed directly to the warehouse number (403) 543-7675. Purchase Orders from approved commercial, government and educational institutions only, will be accepted. Orders can be left on our 24 hour system. Call when the telephone rates are the best for you! Speak slowly and clearly! Reading off an order form is a good way to make sure that you don’t miss any pertinent details. Make sure you leave your full name & phone numbers (day and night), in case we need to contact you.

When you make a purchase from Textile Outfitters Inc., either by phone, mail, fax or from this site, we have to collect certain personal information from you. Information we need to process the payment for your order is your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and credit card numbers.

Our privacy policy is quite simple.
The information we get from you is only used to process your order. We will use your address to send you the annual catalogue and the sale flyer. If you are an E-club member we will email that information rather than post it to you.

Your information will be handled with respect, and will not be sold, given away, or provided to parties outside the Textile Outfitters Inc. without your consent, unless the law requires that it be shared.

CURRENCY STATEMENT
All prices shown on this site and in the catalogue are in Canadian dollars. If you're ordering from outside of Canada, your purchase price will be converted to your local currency by your credit card company. For example, if you make a purchase of $100.00 CDN and you're from the US, the charge on your credit card might show up as about $65.00 US. You can get a good estimation very easily by going to the currency converters that are all over this website. The actual amount will depend on the current exchange rate being used by your credit card company at the time of transaction.

We do not charge your purchase to your credit card until your order is ready to ship.

SALES TAX
The taxes charged depend on where we ship your items . If we are shipping to any Canadian Provinces and Territories there is only 7% GST Charged. There is nonprovincial sales tax charged as Alberta does not have a provincial sales tax. If you are ordering from Outside Canada no Canadian taxes will apply to your order
