This unisex sized technical jacket is designed to keep you warm and dry in adverse conditions. Front vents combined with an upper mesh lining allow cooling airflow when needed. Waistline, hood and bottom drawstrings and adjustable cuffs allow you to batten down the hatches when the weather gets ugly. The detachable hood has a built in peak and high face guard to keep the elements from your face. Optional patches on the yoke and sleeves will help protect the main fabric from deteriorating in high abrasion areas. The jacket can be insulated for those of us who have to worry about bone chilling temperatures for the better part of three seasons or as just a shell for warm-blooded individuals.

SUGGESTED MATERIALS

Use a good quality, lightweight waterproof breathable fabric such as Gortex® or Ultrex® for the main fabric. A heavier version of the main fabric or pack cloth can be use for abrasion patches. Use lightweight polyester or nylon mesh for the upper lining and high wicking technical lining for the rest. If you insulate the jacket, use a good quality, low loft, washable insulation such as Thinsulate® and use a technical lining in place of mesh for the upper pieces. *Interfacing should be soft non-fusible or self-fabric (to protect the waterproof layer from abrasion)
